Privacy & product analytics

Arquero Studios uses first-party usage and reliability metrics to improve Blanquefort. Analytics run in signed-in vineyard workspaces and are available only to designated administrators.

Metrics include feature categories, initial map and 3D outcomes, error categories, browser family/version when supplied by the browser, operating-system family, layout size category, input type, online/offline status and app release. Events link to your account and workspace internally. A random workspace-session identifier is discarded when the page is closed.

We do not collect notes, uploaded images, keystrokes, screen recordings, precise location, raw error messages, full URLs, raw browser strings or device model for these metrics. This feature uses no advertising analytics provider. Infrastructure providers still process requests needed to deliver the service.

The administrator report covers 30 days. Product analytics events older than 90 days are excluded and removed on the next collection request. Existing pilot activity and essential security, sync and backup records are separate.

Map place searches send the text you submit and your browser’s network request to MapTiler when configured, or Photon’s public OpenStreetMap search service otherwise. Search results are used for navigation and are not automatically saved as parcel boundaries. Entering GPS coordinates moves the map locally; imagery providers receive the tile requests needed for the area you view. Parcel boundary coordinates are saved with your workspace only when you save the parcel or boundary.

For AI service operation, server logs record task type, model, response status and reported token counts. These measurements exclude your identity, vineyard identifiers, questions, answers and attachments. They help estimate service costs; missing usage is not treated as zero. Hosting log retention applies separately from optional product analytics.
