Before you report a problem

If saving or uploads are pending, keep this browser’s data. Download a recovery package when possible; do not clear storage to fix an error.
If you cannot sign in, use your invited Google account. Never share passwords, API keys or verification codes.
For maps or 3D, note whether light mode or Retry works. Include the phone model yourself if useful; it is not detected here.
